Designer or architect

Jones Studio is seeking a forward-thinking and energetic Designer or Architect to join our award- winning sustainable design practice in Tempe.

An ideal candidate will exhibit a commitment to excellence in architectural design and craft and should have a minimum of three years of experience working collaboratively with creative teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • Design and technical detailing experience
  • Revit, modeling and rendering, including SketchUp experience
  • Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills
  • Digital graphic skills, including familiarity with software including the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to sketch and draw by hand
  • Interest in sustainable design and the craft of construction and contextual design
  • Highly motivated and able to work both self-directed and in interdisciplinary teams
