2003 | Phoenix, AZ | Private Residence | 2,200 sq ft remodel
Conceptually, the remodel of this 1950’s urban apartment is about moving through emptiness to find pockets of serene habitation. Jones Studio was able to increase the usable square footage within the fixed floor plan by consolidating redundant circulation and relocating room entries. In return, Jim and Joanne consolidated their lifetime collection to only the most beautiful and best objects. What was once an introverted, dark, contained environment is now a spacious, light filled, universal space and private art gallery with inspiring city views.
