1990 | Tempe, AZ | NFL Training Facility | 96,000 sq ft | $11.8 million

The National Football League’s “best” training center stands proudly in a former alfalfa field. On the forefront of the sustainable movement, Jones Studio designed the facility’s entire 95,000 sf to be naturally day lit and ventilated utilizing the moist air currents from the irrigated practice fields. A 300′ wall of terra cotta chimney flue tile protects floor to ceiling glass from the harsh west sun. This project was a creative collaboration between Jones Studio and Kenyon Architects.
